Withdrawal and satisfaction guarantee

Swiss law knows no general right of withdrawal for purchases on the internet. For consumers in the EU there is a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days for distance contracts. For digital content and services that are provided immediately, it ends under two conditions: you expressly ask us to begin before the period runs out, and you confirm that you lose your right of withdrawal once we have fully performed.

Before paying you tick a box next to this declaration. Without the tick you do not get to the payment, because without your consent we may not deliver immediately. The time and the full wording of your confirmation are stored with your order.

The right of withdrawal ends as soon as the finished report has been made available to you. Until then, while the report is still being created, you can contact us. If the report cannot be created, we refund automatically, even after your confirmation.

Independently of that, Stellium gives a voluntary satisfaction guarantee of 14 days from the purchase. If you are not satisfied with the report, write to hallo@stellium.to and give the order number. We look at the request and as a rule refund the purchase price.

The guarantee is a voluntary offer that we decide on in the individual case. It does not limit your statutory rights and does not create a right of withdrawal.

Send a clear declaration to hallo@stellium.to, for example: I withdraw from the contract for the purchase of the Stellium Codex, order number, name, date. It is enough to send the declaration within the period.
